Sanity's a limitation.

I only used 3 hours on this one. And yeah. I sat with my nose 1 mm from the paper for the 3 last hours of school. But I finished it! *proud* It's a new personal record!
*stares at beak* OH, I love the beak! It's so cute!
I will be working more on wings! They NEED improvement.

Well... *thinks really hard* if you're drawing feathers, you don't have to do them all the same - go ahead and experiment! Birds usually have fathers at the end of wing longers than other. I don't know how to say it, but I hope you can undearstand. XD
Hmhmhmhm. Head is really good, I can't see anything bad here.
Mm, tail. It looks... *searching da right word* ow, I hope this one is right: stiff/stiffy? XD You can always make it bigger, more... wide. I hope it's right word too. XD
I think anatomy is all right, even if somethings messed up I can't see it.
And your shading is very good, theres no any special advice, you must just practise and it'll be better and better.
I think that's all. I hope you can understand what I wanted to say. I really like this picture! I can always give some constructive critism, some people just don't like it and I prefer to be more careful.
